 You provide this data to us voluntarily so that we can contact you, prepare a quote,  put together a proposal, or arrange collaboration.

• traffic and behaviour on the website.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

 We process data from the form based on legitimate interest or  steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2. Performance of a contract

 If you enter into a contract with us, we process your data to carry out the project, for invoicing,  and for communication regarding the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Website analysis and marketing

 We only use analytics and marketing technologies when you give us your  consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Compliance with legal obligations

 We may retain certain data (e.g. invoicing data) because the law requires it  (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention period for personal data

 
• Data from contact forms – 12 months, unless collaboration takes place.
 
• Data required for the contract – for the duration of the project + 5 years.
 
• Accounting documents – 10 years, as required by law.
 
• Analytics and marketing cookies – according to the duration set in the browser (typically 3–24 months).

Sharing data with third parties

 We share personal data only to the extent necessary, with:

• providers of analytics and marketing tools (Google, Meta),
 
• and, where applicable, accounting and legal services.

 Google and Meta tools may transfer data to the USA or other third countries.  This is done on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards for data protection.
